Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClaimSweep, including the free claim lookup tool and the one-time FDA claim report. By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
"ClaimSweep," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the ClaimSweep service at claimsweep.app. ClaimSweep is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or any government agency.
2. What the service does
- Free lookup tool. A searchable reference of marketing phrases drawn from published FDA warning letters.
- One-time FDA claim report ($39.99). You submit a URL and email; a specialist reviews the page against our database of published FDA warning letters and returns a report by email, typically within 24 hours, flagging wording on your page that resembles language cited in real FDA enforcement actions, with citations back to the source letters.
The report is an informational reference. It identifies wording that resembles language in published enforcement actions. It does not score your copy, does not tell you what to publish, and is not a legal opinion. The absence of a flag is only a database result and does not mean your content is compliant or free of risk.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Our database reflects published FDA materials that we have collected and processed; it is not exhaustive and may not reflect the most recent enforcement activity, other agencies, or state law. We use reasonable care, but we do not warrant that the report is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. You are responsible for your own review and for any decision about what you publish or sell.
4. Payment; all sales final (no refunds)
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, card processing, and applicable taxes under its own terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Because each report involves manual specialist work that begins promptly after purchase, all sales are final and reports are non-refundable. Please make sure the URL and email you submit are correct before paying. Payment disputes and chargebacks are subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies.
5. Your content and the URL you submit
You represent that you are authorized to submit the URL you provide and to have its public content reviewed. You retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to access, fetch, and process the submitted page and its public content solely to prepare your report and improve the service. Do not use ClaimSweep to submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to analyze content you have no right to.
- Do not represent a ClaimSweep report as a government approval, certification, or legal clearance.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and any report are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimSweep and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, regulatory penalties, or business losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim (or, for the free tool, US $50).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaimSweep and its operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
